Can i apply Visitor Visa for PR's wife and kid

Hello friends..need your advise on the below case

to put it short,I am a PR holder returned to canada last month after 2.5 years break in India..Now i am in Canada and would like to bring my wife and one year old kid to Canada asap who is currently residing in India.I know i could sponsor PR for wife and kid but it takes more than 7 or 8 months.I am planning to apply for visitor visa (TRV) and i need your advise on the do's and dont's to strengthen the case eventhough the decision is completely based on the visa officer.Also below are some questions i have

1.Should i fill two seperate applications,for my wife and 1 yr old kid or is it one application and how abt the fees?
2.My wife is not working..in this case what else i could show them as a evidence for proving they will return?
3.Should i mention that i am also panning to apply for PR for them once they reach canada?
4.is it very probable that they will approve the visa as i have one year old kid?
5.Should i show them any flight tickets while i submit application?
6.Please suggest the do's and dont's for filing

If you are Canadian PR holder, then you can apply for dependent visa for your spouse, Its just one application to include your spouse and kid. If you are applying as dependent visa, then you can use your financial details as part of application. For fees check the CIC website.

My wife went to Canada on Study permit and Myself and my kid (2.5 years old) applying for Visit visa. Should I fill up separate forms for me and my kid. What are all the forms I need to fill up please guide me.

Thanks Infosec..Is Dependent Visa similar to visitor Visa or you mean the PR spousal sponsorship?I will try to check details on dependent visa as well
