Can I apply to SINP EE with ielts score 5.5 but total points 61?

Hi Experts,
I have calculate points 61 for SINP both for OID and EE with my ielts core 5.5 CLB6, can I apply to SINP EE with my this my IELTS score? It seems that for CIC I am not eligilbe but I have got 61 points for SINP so I can only apply to SINP OID but not sure can I apply to SINP EE or not, can you guys please advice what should I do now?

As I understand, if you want to apply SINP EE, you must have cic profile and job seeker validation code. I am not sure you are eligible to create cic profile with your IELTS 5.5, maybe not. OID maybe the only path for you at the moment

You can apply for SINP OID.

Eligibility:
Score a minimum of 60 points out of 100 on the SINP point assessment grid;
Have a language score of at least Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4.
Employers and regulatory bodies may ask for language scores that are higher than CLB 4;

You guys have any idea opening of next OID date or time? It seems that they are updating their OASIS server very frequently, does it mean any time they can open OID?

Nope. We can't predict. You have to keep on checking their sites for opening.

Hello,

You have to be in the federal EE pool before you can apply for SINP-EE. Given your current IELTS score, you do not qualify for the Federal EE pool. However, you qualify for SINP-OID. If you are nominated under SINP-OID, you submit hard copy of your documents to CIC and the process begins.
