Can i Apply Study Visa..As i'm also in pr process

Friends Plzzzzz Help me....I want to go to canada on styudy visa...But i am already in the pr process filled by my father (PNP Process)...My age is 24...and i am in pr file as a dependant just bcz i am a student...IS it ok to apply for a study visa..????

yes you can apply for student permit.
applying for student permit and waiting for PR is irrelevant.

you would fill out student permit app and prepare for financial support etc.

how long you has been waiting for PR?
if you are not rush, you could wait for your pr and go to school as landed immigrant (international student pay 2-3 times more tuition than Canadian)

My dad filled our pr case in 2012 and done our landing fees in 2013..but now i'm frustrated..i have done my btech in india..and I dont want to study more in india..so do u have any idea that what I can explain in SOP

do you accept by any school in Canada?
if so, you can write that why you wanna study in that field in Canada and plan after.
also you can tell you want to wait for your PR but cannot delay your study.
and your parent would financially support you etc.

I Have applied in Northern Lights College( st john).. Actually I scored 6 bands in ielts so I have few choices..NLC Is 1000km away from Surrey, where my dad live

Sunny, to be accepted for a Student Visa you must convince the Immigration Officer that you will leave Canada once your study is complete. This is hard to do when you have a PR application. There is a rule - Dual Intent - that states you may apply for both, but it may be hard to convince the IO that you will exit Canada after study in the case that your PR is refused.
