Hello,
I received two emails from cic - One on 16th April stating they are going to be in touch with the medical branch and another one exactly 1 week later on 23rd April stating the application is refused due to lack of compliance with my medicals in time. I have proof that I have undergone the medicals on time and that the NHQ has received the medicals and they consider it completed. I have sent a detailed email requesting that the decision be reverted.
More details available in my earlier post:

Given the rejection email I cannot apply for my bridge work permit. I have a valid Work Permit ONLY till End of July (I am completing 5 years).
I am positive that they would reopen the case, however in the event they do NOT reopen the case I am prepared to file for a judicial review.
The questions I have to my fellow blogger friends are:
1) How much time does it generally take for a CIC refusal to be reverted - does anyone had a positive experience?
2) In the case that I file for a judicial review - can I go ahead and apply for a Bridge Work Permit?
Thanks in advance for any/all responses!!
