Hi,
I am PR holder in Canada. I want to apply a visit visa for my husband to celebrate our wedding ceremony. As I have a 5 years sponsorship bar. Is that a good idea to apply a visit visa for husband?
Waiting for response.
Thanks

You can certainly send an invitation letter. Generally speaking, there's a high refual rate for TRV applicants who have a Canadian spouse. He will want to put together a very strong application and demonstrate significant ties to his home country.

I will send invitation letter. And i will pay all the expenses for my husband because he is not working right now. My husband is studying in back home and he will provide college letter for continue study in back home.

What are the requirements for him.

He will mostly likely be denied because he is married to you. Your offer to pay for him will not make it easier - because you would just pay for him to overstay.

He needs to show financial capacity of his own and reasons to return.
