Can Express Entry affect Post Graduate Study Permit?

Is making an express entry profile while student could affect getting the postgraduate study permit?

Any help is highly appreciated as I am a student and wants to make an express entry profile as I feel I am close to CRS cutoff but if I didn't get the invitation in near future and my study gets complete, then at that point can I get my post-graduate work permit easily as my intentions would be clear that I am looking for Permanent Residency.

I dont think it would matter that you applied for express entry but why apply so soon? Don't try to rush it and apply with the bare minimum of points. Get your PGWP, work and apply. You'll get a way better chance of getting in with work experience.
