Can experience in Ontario be counted in Alberta for Accelerated Tech Pathway process?

Hi I have 6 months of job experience in Ontario. If I move to Alberta and start a new job with the same NOC there, will my experience in Ontario get counted when I apply for Accelerated Tech Pathway program? Can I apply in Alberta for tech pathway after 6 months of job experience there(+ 6 months in Ontario) or do I have to wait to complete 12 months in Alberta before applying? I have seen the job requirements but I am still confused.
