Can customer care prioritize application

Hi all

I have all exceeded almost 14 months and the status of my citizenship application is decesion made. If i call the immigration customer care, will they be able to prioritize or expedite my application? Or i just have to wait for oath invite

No, they won't be able to prioritize or expedite your application. Unfortunately, you basically have to wait.

Unfortunately the helpline cannot expedite, they can only add notes. The oath is handled by another scheduling dept
But you can still call and followup. Given that its awaiting oath, not much you can do. Patience & wait until you get a spot
