My nephew is 14 years old. He is in Canada with Visitor Visa now and he wants to go to high school here for coming September. Can I, as a custodian, apply study permit for him on-line. When I login with partner login, It always show up with my name, can I submit my cousin's application in my account, as he is a minor child?
