Can anyone explaine my status?

Hello everyone.
So I am in a frustration about my status. Call center wont help because Im getting a different answer every time.
Application submitted in Nov 2012.
RQ on aug 2012.
Citizenship test was cleared on July 2013.
Cant get a citienship oath date cause a police clearence need to be extended.
Call center agent confirmed they received the police clearence at the end of August.
So no ceremony date and been told to wait until the end of the 35 months term.

You're status is that you're waiting, just like everyone else. Don't worry, let things take their time and you'll be just fine!

I would not worry if it was a regular clearance.
It was the temporary clearance for couple months just to get a ceremony

Well if that clearance expires then there will be another one.

Was you application submitted in Nov. 2012 or 2011 or some other year? Something wrong with the timeline you provided.
