Can anyone become sponsor with only property(land)?

Hello everyone,

My sponsor is my father who has amount in his bank account a bit less than what I need to show for my study. So, Now I want to take my mother as my another sponsor. She is a housewife and has only a piece of land worth aprox. 5 lac. Can she show her land and sponsor me. If yes than what type of documents should I provide for this?

I will appreciate all your advice/opinion....

She can not show her land to sponsor you.

However she can show that land to sponsor you If,

(1) That land is agriculture land and she sells the crops from that land.
Dont know from which country you are but in my homecountry agriculture income is exempted from income tax so we just only adds crop bills to give income proof from agriculture land. Not ITR(atleast for agriculture income)

Only showing land for sponsership will not work. you will have to show the income generation from that land and proof of that income.

but if she tell in the affidavit that she wants to sell the land for my studies, then will it be acceptable?

if you know tell me what the V.O. see in the bank statement total balance or total transaction?
if the transaction is healthy but the balance is little less than the required, will it be a problem? I have also funding (full) from the university.

Congrates for funding from university.

Don't attempt that stunt which u mentioned in first paregraph.

No matter what you show in banks statement. V.O. just interested to see 1st year fees + living cost + airfare in your account.

You simply attach funding letter from uni. + 10000$ living cost + 3000$ other including airfare.

Sorry for my mistake in my previous post .In your previous post i didn't notice that you got full funding.

If it is the situation of full funding you will not require to show even living expensive + airfare.

If still you have doubt, you are free to confirm it from canadian embassy in your home country by call.
