Hello
I am a Canadian citizen and my Husband is on work visa still. Would I be able to apply for my in-laws super visa to come visit us in Canada?

Thank you

I am not giving you a guarantee that it will be approve. But I would like to share my experience. I am a Filipino and I am a PR here in Canada. My husband is a Canadian citizen. I never had income for the last few years as I was at school, got pregnant and got a baby. So I don't have a Notice of Assessment or any income to meet the LICO for my mom's supervisa.

So basically, it's my husband who is the principal supporter for my mom. For the support letter, invitation letter and everything... It's his name first on there(but of course he included my name on the docs stating that I am his wife plus submitted a marriage certificate to back up the case).

It worked for us. Hopefully, it will for you too.

No - you can't. Only your husband can sponsor his parents for the super visa. And he can't do this until he's a PR. If his parents want to visit Canada, then will have to apply for a normal visitor visa.

Your situation is completely different since you are a PR. It doesn't apply to the OP's question.
