Can a sponsored child sponsor her spouse to Canada?

Hi Everybody,

Can a sponsored child who was sponsored herself by her mom a year ago sponsor her spouse to Canada now?

My understanding from CIC's website is that she can sponsor only after 22 years of age.

Did she marry before or after she "landed" as a permanent resident? She could sponsor at 18 years of age.

No she was and still is single, getting married soon. The problem is she came to Canada as a sponsored child.
