hello just want to make inquiry here. Does anyone knows my question such as ...

Can I still work in my previous job (my work permit here is still valid for one year) while i am working on my current job? ( also have valid new employer work permit) .

Thank you and Merry Christmas

You can hold more than one WP as long as you can handle your work and apply as required.
Nope, 1 work permit per customer. If you note the work permit, it will say "only permitted to work for the above employer at the above location."

You are allowed to hold more than one WP.
this has been a bugging question and yet no one can pin this down in the website...is there a link that will prove this is allowed?...

is closed work permit allowed to work just like an open work permit tha can work double jobs?...hopefully links can prove this for the reason we cannot be pied piper here that eventually misleads to jeopardize in the long run...

That is why I need clear evidence to have shown in any website that a contract can be working for two jobs if close work permit still valid. Anyone who can give a link from immigration website? :(

Read one of the notes saying "there is no restriction on holding more than one work permit. You must pay the separate fees for each permit. "
Though this link is for off-campus WP, but the general rule is you are allowed to have more than one WP. Each closed WP allows you to work for specified ER and Location, that is if you want to work for more than one ER and locations, you have to have respective WP for each job you work on.

Here is the quote

Note: An off-campus work permit issued under this program is not interchangeable with a work permit for internships or co-op placements. However, students wishing to participate in both programs may apply for a work permit under each program, as there is no restriction on holding more than one work permit. You must pay the separate fees for each permit.

Notice that is referring to off campus work permits and holding a work permit for a co-op or internship. This is for students nothing else.
