can anybody answer my question regarding my contract as a live-in caregiver.Im going to apply for my permanent resident this months i work in one employer since im here my question is,do i need to get new contract for another year?i am confuse because the contract is 2yers so im already here for 2 years and im still working the same employer but my work permit since i worked here is valid until 2012.do i need to get new contract even my work permit is still valid until 2012?please my help i am confuse.thank you.have a good day.
