It can help if you have highly specialized knowledge, education and experience (e.g. you are a machine learning / AI expert and have a PhD).

If you want to immigrate to Canada, then your best option is to focus on qualifying and applying through an economic immigration program like Express Entry without the help of a job offer. You can then find a job in Canada once you have PR.
