Yeah I just feel like I'm lost...Some people get lucky by applying to a large number of jobs. Some apply to a large number of jobs and don't find an employer.
It can help if you have highly specialized knowledge, education and experience (e.g. you are a machine learning / AI expert and have a PhD).

Thank you... I don't even think I'm eligible to apply the Express Entry...You shouldn't feel bad about not being able to find a job. It's very difficult to do this.
If you want to immigrate to Canada, then your best option is to focus on qualifying and applying through an economic immigration program like Express Entry without the help of a job offer. You can then find a job in Canada once you have PR.
