When you reply to the 1st email to give your information, do you just reply to the email with your information, or you have to reply to the email with your information on the attached PDF (PDF attached on the 1st email is basically the same as the email.

Got our 2nd email to upload picture, confirm in canada and address.

1st email - May 31st (replied same day, the following day and 3rd day, and all 3 submission we didn't get any ackowledgement)
2nd email - June 7th (replied same day)

Hey guys, I got my eCoPr from Calgary too and a PPR for my dependent by cpc Ottawa. We mailed in the first package but realized the photos weren't of the right size, so we sent another package with the right size photos before the first pair got rejected (the office ended up sending an email requesting new photos but I notified them they were already delivered).

The thing is, I just realized there is a little shadow here:

behind the left ear in the second set of photos we sent. Do you guys think it is bad enough to be rejected once more? Should we go ahead and send new photos? (Sorry if the question isn't completely related to the thread)

Hi guys got my portal 2 credentials since 29th May however yet to get ECOPR. I spoke with the IRCC agent and they said my secondary VO is in Calgary. Does anyone have their email address so I can mail them? Thanks

1. When did you receive an email asking for information?

May 10th, 16th, and 19th. Replied immediately to each one, still waiting. Called IRCC twice, sent a fax, followed up with additional email, no reply or response.
