Calgary or Ottawa

Hi,

I live in Ottawa, whereI own a house and have been living for almost two and half years and working in Calgary whereI have been living for the remaining six months. ( I keep traveling back and forth to Ottawa because of my family)

Should I apply for Ottawa or Calgary ? which address should I use?

Does the application go to the office where u live ? if yes, which office has shorter processing time ?

PS: If I know I will eventually moving back to Ottawa within the next 19 months, I would definitely use my Ottawa home address.
