Hi guys,

Today I got a mail from CPC Sydney Office.
apparently, they sent me my app back saying that " your photographs have not been stamped and dated by the photographer"
its not good feeling to get this especially after tons of calls and 5 months waiting since the delivered day on 16th of October/2017, I get my app back.

do I need to resubmit a new app, or should I just resend the new photos with the old app and the physical presence calculated ???

OH! This is really sad. They have in past accepted pictures without stamps in the past for october applicants but however, on their website it is mentioned to have the stamps on these pictures.

The application package can't be signed 3 months before the date you are submitting it so I would advise you to re-fill fresh copy of the files and resubmit.

The good thing is that now you know that your file is complete other than the pictures' stamp. So reapply and Goodluck.
