CAIRO VISA OFFICE

I would like to ask if anyone has been requested for sending criminal backgound papers (feesh we tashbeeh) again after the file has been transfered to the visa office, because i have sent mine by the time i sent my file to Mississauga and it wasn't expired, but now as it's at visa cairo i think it has expired, i am egyptian and have a Permenant residence in Saudi so i have sibmited it from both countries, and now i'm staying at saudi until september and afraid when i come back to Egypt they would request it again because it has expired and have to travel to saudi again to do it because in the saudi embassy it takes months to get it,,, Do u think they would request it again or they won't because by the time i submit it to Mississauga it wasn't expired, what would you suggest? would i do it again in saudi before i go to Egypt in case they request it, or they won't ???

I think by the time they get to your file, they will likely require it again. The problem with getting it from Saudi Arabia before you leave in September is that it could still expire before they get to your file as they are only valid for 3 months. Can you not request it online and wait closer to the end of what you think your processing time will be? Another option is to just wait until they request it. I know it will add time to your wait but you could end up spending more money than needed.

Inshallah i'll inform you if anything happened to my file but regarding the criminal records i'm just worried about if they would request it again due to expiration cuz i'll have to travel to saudi again just to make it, it won't be only in Egypt, i hope they won't request criminal records again cuz i won't do it through the saudi embassy at cairo, it takes too long to get it from there i don't know if they're lazy or what? this process seems like a long nightmare, i hope it would end soon

Concerning criminal records ,it only matters when they receive it,bez logically they can;t ask for it every time since some processing might take up to 2 years.

Hi guys .. Same subject which I need serious help with.. They asked me to do the medical and fill up schedule 1 and police certificate proof of funds again!!
I applied in 2009 abd the problem is that I worked in saudi Arabia for a year and I don't know what should I do as it might take forever in order to get a saudi police certificate specially that it's Ramadan ( their time of hibernation) what should I do. Should I skip that period or write it or what??

we got the Caips notes before its actully didnt help much
but it may help you if you have interview coming

@ Booshy how come it took too long like that since 2009? did u apply at cairo office or at abu-dhabi office cuz they r responsible for saudi immigration cases, regarding the criminal records it's not hard to get it just in few days if you are doing it inside saudi, it takes months if you're doing it in another country through the saudi embassy, because i am a permenant resident in saudi too, if you need help about it tell me ok,

@spirit-88 I applied at the cairo visa office and I left saudi a year ago and I stayed there for a year so the point is that I've already did my meidcal here in Cairo so I guess supposingly that it won't be long till I'm done .... that's why am afraid this saudi story could make it last even longer

All I need to know is what is the fastest way to get a saudi police certificate from here in Cairo in order to send it to the embassy. I need to know from where can I get it even if from saudi as I hv friends there!!! I really appreciate it if any one can solve my misery

you can't tell someone in saudi to make it because u have to put your own finger prints and no one can do that instead of you, try to ask about it at the saudi embassy and if it would take too long, try to do the rest of things they requested and send a letter to them explaining that you can't do the criminal at saudi because you're not a resident there anymore
