I can't live without stress, although i got the visa

I can't leave Gaza, the situation here is too bad, the Rafah crossing closed

there is thousands of people want to leave Gaza, I don't know if i will get out before the visa expired !!

i can't imagine that my visa expired while I am still here

Hello everyone,

I applied to sponsor my wife June 2013, today the embassy send an e-mail asking for the passport and 2 photos to issue the visa
My question is shall I send a pre paid DHL envelope so the embassy will use it to return the passport? Did anyone followed that procedures?
My wife mailing address in the file is my address in Canada and I am afraid the embassy will return the passport to my address in Canada!
I believe it is better to use the pre paid envelope to keep tracking and ensure the passport will be sent to the correct address. Please confirm if anyone used that way with Cairo visa office.

in the first you should sent your passport and photo to the embassy and after 2 week embassy send another email saying in it you should to send request to the dhl as known pre-paid to pick up your passport from embassy >

my wife came from gaza as well..i understand your situation

I was in a similar situation but my expiry date was august, not sure why they would give you such a short notice knowing that youre coming out from gaza (torture I say)

regardless, maybe you can email them asking what happens if it did expire and youre not out yet ? and if perhaps getting an extension ?

IF NOT .... I don't think you should stress out that much as long as your visa is issued youre ok if anything they will just tell you to redo your medical and resend it which isn't too bad

All Gaza applicants are getting visa with limited time, I don' know why Gaza applicants !!!!!!

i don't think they will extend the visa as long as it was stamped

I can't imagine that i will start again from the beginning !!

Anyway i will try and fight until the last moment

email them let them know your situation and let your wife email the MP and let them know that you only got a limited time to leave and cannot leave what are the options

ٍSure I will do it, i started to write the email but my wife will send it by her email, because she is a Canadian it could be more effective ..
She will do the same with MP and Canadian embassy Tel-aviv

hi plz i want ask u a question before they ask u about ur passport r u got mail asking you to pay the landing fees??and if yes what the time take after you paid to get another mail asking you abour ur passport..am sorry but i asking because my husband sponser me from april 2013 and in 25/3/2013 got mail from the embassy in cairo told Kindly note that your application will be ready for visa issuance as soon as we receive notification from the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga confirming payment of the Right of Permanent Residence fee by your sponsor in Canada and already we paid but till now didnt hear anything..waiting ur reply plz

They usually contact you within 2-4 weeks of receiving the passport

I paid the landing fees with the original application so they just asked for the passport, however, I suggest that you sent to Cairo office copy of the receipt by email just in case there was a delay from CPC Mississauga.
