guys .. does anyone know how long usually do have to wait to get the visa stamped on my passport ?.. sent it by fedex and delivered on Sunday Sept 9 .... anyone have any idea about passport time line .???

Got the visa already couple of days ago
but .....
can not leave the country because of my military situation
i have to try again at Tanzeem we eledara
it seems after all this waitting it would be useless the visa i mean
