For these who ask about my file history.

- we applied in Nov. 2010 Right before revolt
- after more than a year they requested Interview
- after 6 months from interview evern thought she said only 4 weeks will contact you regarding to the decision !! " but we heared nothing so i moved to Siania with my wife started business over there
we really thought they refuse !
-in all of a sudden they requested re do medical and other documents that been lost !!
and then passport.

so almost 2 years exactly 21 months +.

your case wasnt that must diffcult to make all this battles body plus Palestine husband married to palestine wife and the sponsor is the husband and they are from same country may be not much age gap and same languages and culture religion and many more issues same and common so your case wasnt that much oh god hard to make all this things that you said plus you body use a lawyer oh really people here who have many bad and harsh things in thier file and drama opposite from you nothing is same as you plus 20 years gaps and in same time they made it without no body no lawyer advices and they been through interview
so body be humble

I have a question....inshaallah if we pass the medical check and an interview is requested, do we need to pay additional fees?
for the interview? : and too guys just a question, if i am not confident with my english and want an interpreter, do I need to pay extra for that?

Just to inform you guys
Took the embassy 10 days to send me back the passport.

and now i have another battle with Military Permit to leave the country !! wish me luck
coz again my situation complicated in that too.

hey guys...don't mean to sound harsh, but if Canada is 'not worth it', then why go through the stressful situation of applying to live in the country?? As a Canadian...I find that statement pretty offensive.

guys if anybody didnt finish the military situation and they finished their high Education i dont think they wont be able to get out of this Egyptian Paradise
believe i had friend who got his Canadian visa and he couldnt get our of Egypt bcz he didnt finish his military situation either doing the military service or passed it bcz they didnt chosed him and ithink this is only for people who Apply them to military service or Subject to the Military Service Law
long time ago someone here asked about that so many people advice him to not apply before finish the military situation
and go and asked Mr.x he been through that

I do not know therefore I did not answer. It is not like I know the answer and I am holding it from you. I do not think you will pay extra

look after paying all the fees in first its almost around 1150 $ ithink if its only only one applicant so there is no more money must pay
second question you must asked for the interpreter when u was filing the application bcz i remember that asked me that in the form idont remember what was it
so if u said no then u must be good in English
look freeislam if you wife or ur sponsor doesnt speak same language as u and you asked for interpreter believe me this will give the visa office will put black point and doubts about ur case
bcz how do you communicate together and u dont speak her language and how do u write all the emails letter or talking in vidoe calls and how did you understand what she said to u or talking ....etc
if both of you speak same language dont worry even if they know any other language but this is depend on if you what did you write in forms about communication between both of you especially about in which language

guys the trip is long but The journey of a thousand miles begins with one mile
we must be patient and dont look at the other and saying oh they finished their stress with visa office just only 6 months or 8 months believe me each case is different from the other
and the Allah willing will come sooner or later

so if you didnt ask for interpreter and you said both of you communicated into english and your not good in english ithink u will need to improve your language in case if you got interview i mean your spouse im talking about the person who will interview

My husband has this military thing to avoid in Egypt. I have no idea what I can do for that, other than get him out of the country. But I have no idea how =(

Where can Egyptians travel too these days without a hard time in visas?
and is that ok for our processing stuff?

I am a Canadian citizen and I have every right to feel so sick of the current government (I didnot vote for them). I have to apply to bring my wife because I have to stay here now. Canada is my country. I do not have any plans for permanently residing in Canada or in my wife's country but still this is my country (whether I stay or not) . If you are offended then do something about it (demand the minister's resignation). Our south neighbors have more issues but they have a government. Have you noticed the slightest change during our last elections? and that is not all...Do not get me started ...I can go on forever and a day...
