LOL...this is the reason why Egyptians will never have democracy. They can't stand the idea of free speech and the criticism that comes with it.

That is exactly what Egyptians are doing now is expressing themselves freely and not being bound down by morsi...no one knows what it is like to live under his ruling unless you have lived there...saying they wont be able to accept a democracy is totally wrong, if they didnt accept it they wouldnt be in the streets expressing that. This is a forum where people are helping others in order for their loved ones to come to canada...not to bash the country where they come from. May I also add that Canada would not be Canada if it did not include many different cultures, races and nationalities, we are a multicultural nation and should accept people from other places in the world. No one said anything bad about canada on here...

Where did I "bash" Egypt? I hoped they would find the democracy they want but it is not easy. The most successful democracies are secular and its doubtful if Egypt could keep church and state separate. The things Canada is known for could not exist otherwise. Mrs. Selim commented that everyone has the right to live in Canada which is incorrect. You earn the right to become Canadian by immigrating and meeting the conditions of immigration.
