Good question. I guess they will assess the situation to see how long it may drag out. There is also the job action that is ongoing so embassies are already slowed down.

You posted 5 hours *after* my post ;D
In English, "already" implies *before*.

alright alright.. so you posted it before me. But I did post it on the Cairo thread before you. So....technically, I am still before you, and my *already* is still implied! 8)

Beat that zardoz.

Since we're splitting hairs. I agree with zardoz comment over your misuse of the word "already". It's misleading at best...

... I already posted this on the 'Cairo embassy is closed' thread ...

But we all have to agree that I was the first to post it on the Cairo Visa Office thread... Someone has GOT to be on my side on this one.. :-X

I think I should substitute "already" with "just" ... So to rephrase the whole comment: "I have just posted it on the Cairo Visa Office thread"

Are y'all happy now!!!!!

A good compromise.. If only Egyptian politics could be so accommodating. Watching it "hit the fan" out there on live TV.

If only!! Its a never ending protest.. I have a panic attack every time this starts up again.. Knowing my loved ones are there. I'm worried it may escalate to the same point as it had a bit ago.

With regards to the closure of the embassy.

As it was in past cases the embassy it's self was closed to the public, but there were people inside... I would assume it would be the same now. Unless it gets drastically out of hand (which to my knowledge/understanding is/has not) they will keep working.

Now that Morsi has been given the boot, I suspect there might be some supporters that act out, so there might be issues in the near future. Which (IMO) would find the army stepping in and taking care of that too.

Take Care

In England, the *only* safe topic of conversation is "the weather". Actually, it is a prerequisite for citizenship that you understand the meaning of "it's black over Bill's mother's".
