Caips notes???

Hey guys, I was just wondering how to get caips notes on behalf of my husband and I wasn't sure how to get them.
Also another question.. when you request caips notes does it effect the process of your application?
... I mean make it longer in any way?

the form IMM5474E need to be filled out by your husband, and it also has to be signed.
You will fill out the form IMM5563 and include copies of 2 pieces of ID.
You will also need to pay a 5$ fee either by cheque/money order or by credit card.

- Requesting CAIPS notes will not increase the proccessing time unless you order physical files. When you order electronic files like CAIPS or GSMS, the processing will not be longer as a result.

Sorry just had another question.. the form IMM5563 is listed twice just confused do i have to send two copies?
Also where do i send these off to?

Just one copy is of each form is needed. The authority of release- IMM5475 (filled and signed by your husband) because you are requesting information on his behalf. Access to information and personal information request- IMM5563 is filled by you.
The processing time is about 30 business days
You can send it to:
Public Rights Administration
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Narono Building
360 Laurier Avenue West, 10th floor
Ottawa, Ontario
K1A 1L1

I have a question...Can I (the sponsor) get CAIPS notes for my approval?

Do you mean your sponsorship approval?
If so, I am not sure, maybe you can give the call centre a call.
