Quick question, sorry if it's silly or has been asked a million times, I may have missed it. It wants My Canadian addresses where I resided during the 6 years prior to applying or since I gained permanent residence, if more recent. Maybe I'm over thinking this, but since I became a PR in 2015, I only have to list until then? Or should I do all 6 years? TIA

You will have to write all 5 years prior to the date you sign your application.

to be safer side do past 6 yrs, leave no date gap, also goes for employment leave no gap, they dont mind history from 2011, even of you were unemployed or homeless coach surfing.
the most important is not leaving date gap. If you think you made mistake re apply now before its too late by just printing receipt fee and new calculation signed, new picture and buy registered mail for future reference, i did mistakes employement on dates on 11.oct and reapplayed on 14.oct. With all addresses with no gap dates on employment.

1). In Adult application - field 9b. what date should i fill under "date your status was obtained"?
I came in Canada in 2008 but my eligibility starts in Oct 2017 (5 years from today). So i should put date when eligibility starts as whole form talks about eligibility period or the date when i land in Canada?
2). I don't have email id of employer. do you think its mandatory, i am providing phone number & other info.
3). Minor application form has different mailing address mentioned than adult application, i.e. it has "Grant Minor" or "Grant Adult" at the end, rest address is same. As per minor application, we should be sending it along with parents application. i want to know how other people has sent the application with minor applying.

Hello @spyfy and other knowledgeable members,

I apologize if this question was already answered - I can't find an answer anywhere.
We are supposed to provide PCC for spending over 183 days in Israel during the past 4 years. The Israeli police will only send the certificate to an embassy and the embassy will send it to CIC - I cannot find any instructions on how that's done - will the CIC simply locate our file and attach the police certificate to it? are there any special instruction we should give the embassy before sending the PCC over to CIC? I'm afraid it'll get lost there. Has anyone here experienced such a situation?

Hello Spyfy & Experienced Forum Members,

I became PR on April 30, 2014 after that no trips outside Canada till date. I am planning to send my citizenship application on 18th October.
I have a question , Do I still need to provide PCC from my home country as it is coming to 194 days outside in 3 out of 4 years. As per residency calculator it is counting for 1267 days from the date i became PR.

Should i wait another 15 days to stroke out that 183 days clause or i still need to provide PCC.

I have a question about the photos. The photographer stamp the back with the store name etc but wrote in the date. He said he did not have a stamp for the dates. Will this be a problem or am I worrying over nothing?

Can I put the relationship of the person that helped me fill this form? Spouse (in Company column)

I have a question in regards to online physical calculator.

Let say that between 1 July 2013 and 1 Oct. 2013 I have been to Iran and I have mentioned this as a trip to Iran.
While being in Iran, I make a trip to Turkey between 1 Aug 2013 and 5 Aug 2013 for 4 days.
Also, on the way back to Canada, on 30 of Nov 2013, I stay in Frankfurt for 1 night and then take my flight back to Canada. Do I have to mention this?

Do I have to mention either of these trips in the explanation part of my trip to Iran? In other words do these trips within absent days need to be somehow mentioned?

I sent my application with a mistake,the calculator of presence day i did it like 4 days ago but i signed only today while sigining my application before sending it,and they said that the signing date of the calculator should Match the calculator,...its really a dumb mistake,...do u think they will return my application for something like that ?

Where is written " write what were you doing while unemployed?" This question was in PR renewal.

In the instruction guide it says:

• If you were not working because you were studying, unemployed, retired, a caregiver, homemaker or volunteering for any part of this time, provide that information, including the location.

No, you don't have to list it. If it were a visa that allowed you to study, work, or live with your spouse in the Schengen zone (etc etc) then you would need to list it. A mere visitor visa is not relevant.

Why would you not put both NO?? Not asking to lie on the application just asking.
