BVL received, How long for ppr?

Almost similar timeline,
Applied on 7th June (SDS), Medical passed on 11th June, BVL received on June 11th, Eligibility started on 11th June. Since then no update.
Called IRCC on 8th July, agent said Eligibility is still in process, however, he said I passed criminal check and he cannot comment when the final decision will be out.

Maybe bvl is coming … sometimes it takes 48hrs to show the message or update .

Finally was able to get a number on textnow app. Tried to call IRCC 4 times but during the final stage when it is supposed to connect to an agent, it says "All agents are busy please try calling later" and disconnects.
Is there any specific time when I can try calling them?
Will multiple calling impact anything?

No specific time, Just keep trying you'll be connected anytime. Make sure you ask regarding Eligibility.
