BVL received, How long for ppr?

I am just getting ring only and the call automatically disconnects after that. No robot number selection.
Can anyone help? I am trying to call using textnow & when i call IRCC number, it rings for few seconds and automatically disconnects

Uninstall the app and reinstall ,then use any canada code 647 ( Recommend) then call, it will connect for sure
I did reinstall but there are no numbers available for 647. I got 1 in 619.
When i dial the number, it just rings and on screen it shows connecting & after couple of seconds it disconnects
I am dialing +18882422100, is it correct?

Tried this also. I spend atleast 1 hour yesterday and tried today morning also, but always it is showing " no numbers available"
I called ircc two times once on wednesday . Lady replied your file is still under process no decision made. Yesterday a guy replid our eligiblity is refused. How come in one days things goes contrast. I will suggest everyone not call them coz may be it shows desperation. Our calls are recorded in our applications.
I recieved bvl on 26th may. My medical expired on 22nd june. Yesterday i appeared for remedical. After bvl no apdation in portal.
Applied on 15th may

Eligiblity started on 19th of may.
But if no decision made then without my medical how come they take final decision. If medical expired then also eligiblity refuses?
Yeah its second application coz first time my agent applied in diploma which 12th passed can go for. So this time i applied for mba under sds.
But you mentioned that the eligibility was refused yesterday. Was it yours or someone else's?
