BVL received, How long for ppr?

Sorry to hear that. From a brief look, your chosen course seems to be the issue here. VOs are giving a lot of rejections for students selecting certificate programs. Wait for the gcms and rejection letter for the exact reasons.

Well, It's frustrating when they dont even release the decision of rejected ones. If its a ppr then there is point coz its only starting now but why hold refusals? Waiting since April 15 just to get rejected.

Sorry but yes that means you will receive a refusal soon. Can you tell me how do you speak to an agent. I also called the +18882422100 number entered my UCI and app no then speak to an agent press 0, but a robot speaks the same thing as in GCKey and never transfers to agent. How do you speak to a human agent?

Thereafter no update. Hence, I called IRCC and after a 40 min wait the call got connected to an agent. I asked her about my details and she told me that my eligibility review has been failed( but that hasn't been updated in my GC key). I had done everything that are required under eligibility requirements mentioned under SDS category in IRCC website. Can we actually believe the agent from IRCC? considering what she has told isn't been reflected in my GC. Do I still have hope?

How did you call the IRCC? My review of eligibility started on 04 March 2021, and till today no reply.

I'm sorry to say that but it's most probably a refusal. I don't know why IRCC are holding refusals rather than letting student know so they can apply again in time. Apply for GCMS notes that will help you. I'm hella scared after this as I've applied again on 6th may and i got my BVL on 7th may. No updates after that

Looking at all this, I am kinda happy I didn’t receive that MOFO BVL!! In any case, I will receive quicker turnaround. Like BVL and 1 more letter! Bam!! There you go, cry (tears of joy) or cry (tears of a madman).

I don't know why but whosoever is calling ircc is getting refusal on call but in reality I don't know what the case is ... Is anyone from you has got positive answer on phone call .?
