Hey IELTS is not a big problem here... Those are standard comments and English language Pro. Is also there in the same rule but it doesn't mean your IELTS is bad....

It seems like automated PPRs as they are all those who have given biometrics after 21 July and their BVL and PPRs are released simultaneously.

That’s just their very fast computer system closing the application components. It doesn’t mean much. Accepted or rejected, both files will have this step.
