But haven't got my final decision it's more than 1.5 months since I got my correspondence letter..can anyone help me regarding this .

I agree, its mind boggling. I don't even understand the 'purpose of visit' clause in a student application.
Fine, yes I didn't submit a SOP and last graduated in 2010 but my work experience is in tourism, hence I applied for tourism management. I even had my title written on the application but yes I got refused.
They just quickly hit the refusal buzzer button. Now going through my second application and my confidence is all time low. also with a full time job that needs my attention minus sleep hours, this whole fiasco of collecting documents and applying then refusal, then GCMS, then apply again. Its a lot to endure as one plans their life first and then applies.

I know 2 people who got it. First person applied on April 30 and Second person applied on May 7.

It seems like automated PPRs as they are all those who have given biometrics after 21 June and their BVL and PPRs are released simultaneously.

Hope they have the money to hire 1 more CS Graduate from even Idea University who can write a simple code to release PPRs for ACTUAL waiting guys who gave documentation timely ughhh
