There's nothing to do but wait for them to process your application. Once they have made a decision, they will send you the BVL and hopefully your decision shortly after. Good luck.I have given my biometrics on 22nd June and haven't received the correspondence letter yet.
What can be done?
The usual processing trend is receiving BVL+Decision together and sometimes some hours apart max. Receiving the BVL days, weeks or months before decision is happening in India only right now because of the closure/limited workforce of visa offices. If you have applied from anywhere outside of India then your application will be processed like the rest of the countries applicants.Same here, eligibility review started but no BVL and no medical request for dependent spouse
By any chance Do you know anything about applying with family ? I applied from USA and yes the process defers from other countriesThe usual processing trend is receiving BVL+Decision together and sometimes some hours apart max. There are a lot of threads here regarding SP+SOWP from the USA. Just search in the search bar “study permit from USA” you’ll see it. Also I know a profile @thrigaya she has an exact situation as yours. Check her posts.By any chance Do you know anything about applying with family ? I applied from South Africa, I received my bvl on June 30th, today is 6th July and no decision yet.The usual processing trend is receiving BVL+Decision together and sometimes some hours apart max. We applied from South Africa as well. My husband got his PPR 1 day after BVL. This was last week. For myself and the kids, we got our BVL+PPR together at the same time, back in April. I think the way the decisions are released is changing slightly everywhere...I applied from South Africa, I received my bvl on June 30th, today is 6th July and no decision yet.
I guess because they are over burdened with files + a lot of files are being transferred. Nothing can be predicted as of now.We applied from South Africa as well. Hi,Can you give me your contact I want to talk to you.
Also I want to ask you, did you apply for study permit and if so was your husband's approved application for open work permit.
Did you start your program online already or is your program for fall 2021 intake and you're yet to travel soon.
if your program is for fall 2021 intake, so it is possible to apply for your spouse and kid after your study permit has been approved while still outside Canada/country of citizenship or residence.
i need your guidance here because I was contemplating if it was possible to apply for an open work permit or visitors visa for my spouse immediately I get my approved study permit from South Africa before travelling to Canada to resume studies. Or I must I leave for Canada first and apply for them.
Hi,
Can you give me your contact I want to talk to you. Sorry, I prefer not to give out my contacts. But you can send me a Private Message here on this forum.
Also I want to ask you, did you apply for study permit and if so was your husband's approved application for open work permit. Yes - My kids and I applied for study permits first. After we were approved, my husband applied for his SOWP and he was also approved.
Did you start your program online already or is your program for fall 2021 intake and you're yet to travel soon. No, I didn't start my program. My application was originally for May 2021 but I deferred to Fall. We are all travelling next month to start classes in September.
