Thank you for your prompt response. So I see you have applied for permanent residence already. So as an international student you can apply for permanent residence
I thought it was suppose to be after graduation.

Prior to applying for a SP, I was already in the Express Entry pool. I applied for provincial nomination last year and I received my nomination few weeks after my SP was approved. With my Provincial nomination I received an ITA to apply for PR in May which I then did. I now fall under what IRCC calls "Dual Intent" which is perfectly acceptable.

Waw that's nice. At least it didn't affect your SP. But can some with SP start express entry application while studying or you must wait till you graduate. Meanwhile I PM you.

If you have the relevant foreign experience and qualification, yes you can apply in EE while still on study permit.
