Hello,
Is there any bank who can consider the US credit history and pre-approve a loan to buy a home in Toronto area? I do have a home in the US and planning to sell it.

Thanks

Let me know if you are interested in joining a US to CAN whatsapp group. I know 2 people from that group are in the process of buying home in Canada. Perhaps some1 can answer this Q there. Direct message me your US no. if interested

Yes. There is one US to Canada group. Pretty active but most member moved to Canada in 2017-18 and won't appreciate "generic" posts like these:

:)
Appreciate your active responses on this forum.
I was able to get most of the information on the topics I asked. But there will be lots to know from people who moved earlier.
Please share the link for the group or should I send my number on private message.

Check ABF/Upack. You can use their trailer to move stuff from USA to Canada and then same trailer can be stored for $400/month at ABF location.

$400/month is a bit stretch for me. Is there no other cheaper option?
You can also store your stuff in relocubes I although they are smaller than trailers) for $150/month
Just to confirm, did you mention all your stuff in goods to follow list ?
You can bring what you declared earlier ( assuming you have done landing )

In the US, is it required by law to deliver vacancy by the seller immediately after the selling?
