Hi, I have a valid multi-entry business visit visa, and I already visited Canada once using it.

I am planning to visit Canada for tourism purposes. Am I required to issue a visit visa, or can I use the same business visit visa?

If your TRV is still valid then you can use the same one, otherwise you need a new one.

Thank you for the follow up. It is still valid.

Do I still need a business invitation letter? Since this time I am intending to visit as tourist.

Nevermind Jalex2e, I found the answer on CIC website:

I used a temporary resident visa for a recent business visit to Canada. Can I use it for a holiday in Canada?

Answer: If it is a multiple-entry visa and it has not expired, you can use it to enter Canada for both business and tourism. If it is a single-entry visa, you will need a new visa.
