have a questionn here, received the package back for the stamped passports, but it says that if you are already in Canada, you can land in the office or a border.. I tried to call the hotline but is busy, anyone can tell me if it is good to land in the office ?

You will need to book an appointment for that and might... might have to wait longer and I am 120% sure that you cannot/do not want to do that...

one more question, it asks us to provide bank statement, financial proof, how about 3 months record of the bank statement, is it enough?

Hubby tried to do that but the call centre said the earliest available spot for him to do his landing is after 2 months. So he just drove to the border.

plan to land on April 22 Good Friday, as I will start my driving lesson on coming Sat, 4 full Sat..

So when do you plan to land, 4mfamily. Do educate us on your experience especially photo requirements, filling forms, etc? Good Luck.

Ah! I thought you guys wanted to do it as soon as you receive your passports - TODAY. Changed mind?

just kidding.. i mean my hubsand. Coz there will be 3 hours drive from my city to border, I would prefer to go in warmer weather, and hope no more storms, there is no fun to drive with kids for long drive.

That sounds good. ours is 6 hours and Sarah, our 6 months old baby seems to like being in the car seat... we drove to edmonton ans she was sleeping throughout the drive...our plan is set for apr 15.. HOPEFULLY.

Hey,

We, the loyal inhabitants, of this Forum under the leadership of WinnipegMB, have received that letter in November 2010 and by last week of February and beginning of March 2011, we started received PPR - Say 3 or 4 months after that letter - Its called 'Initial Assessment Letter'.

ANother way of looking at it is - You should be receiving your PPR on FIrst YEar Anniversary of the Initial submission of your Application to Buffalo.
