Hey can some help me i need get new letter from my employer or i need to get it from service canada , but my arrange emplyment still valid for more one year

My understanding you would need updated letter from your prospective employer (the involved employer in your arranged employment). Service Canada cannot give such letter. Service Canada can only provide work records for the employers that you already worked in Canada. Note that they mentioned word "updated" so they want possibly to check if the arranged employment is not a fraud or want to know if that employer is still interested in the work arrangement before finally giving you PPR.

For FSW2, the strongest link is the arranged employment unlike other FSW categories.

you mean to say you completed only 34 months?....

I am too in 35 months now:(

I also applied originally in Jan 2010. They returned my application in Feb 2010 by their own mistake. So, I sent them back the same application in March 2010.
The last response from my MP was about in Sep 2012. Apparently, CIC replied his inquiry that all applications gonna be completed in 12 months.
I also asked my MP last week to inquire again, but no response yet. I also order CAIPS, which I am gonna get it in couple of weeks.

I have completed 34 months - giving up now. Have been delaying my India trip, But looks like Ottawa works only on the files they get there hand, no priority or an order they follow. sucks ...

You guys are all lucky, I have completed 32 months and haven't even reached Medical yet.
If I go at this rate, I should be getting PPR by the time retire...lols

Worst thing is they don't even bother or care to reply to my enquiry, not even once and I'm an In-canada applicant paying
