I think you'd better re-order the CAIPS notes to updates the most current notes from VO. The CAIPS notes from 2 weeks ago might not reflect VO's concern of email you just got. I might be wrong but it's important to guarantee you get what you want.

Do not worry about the phone call from Ottawa. They will send you email in advance about the details like the time they are going to call.

do you have a LMO approval??? or you just applied with the experience you got in india????

Hello,
I am wondering if anybody got medical request recently like in November. Please reply with your timelines if you recently got MR.

I have contacted my local MP and got response that they will follow up with OTT and expect response in about a week.

ok according to u they will give me date and time when will give me call
why after 34 months they want talk wid me know , when they gave me first time student visa from india , they took 20 minutes interview in chandigarh

what ever the reason it is , they are just wasting my time

but on last capis , its clearly written interview is waived
so how come they can take interview now

Hi Ram,

Dont worry about the interview. Just be relax and don't hide anything. They probably know everything they should know, so hiding anything would be useless.

Sorry Buddy,

If you are currently working in Canada:

your current employer must have made an offer to give you a permanent job if you are accepted as a FSW; and
your temporary work permit must be valid both when you apply for a permanent resident visa and when the visa is issued.

In addition:

your work permit must have been issued by CIC based on a positive labour market opinion (LMO) from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC); or
you must be in a category that is exempt from an Arranged Employment Opinion, for example, you are currently working in Canada in a job that is exempt from the LMO requirement under an international agreement (for instance, North America Free Trade Agreement) or a significant benefit category (for instance, intra-company transferee).

You cannot arrange for an HRSDC confirmation of a job offer. Your employer must do this

Deepak,
The above condition is applicable for post July 2012 applicants as results of FSW changes.

2010 applicants like us don't need to worry about it.
