Hi Katydid,

Yes, they made the second request for LOR along with MR. Unlike the first request, they only asked for updated current letter of reference from employer in the second request. First request for LOR asked for updated LOR with indeterminate period upon issuance of PR. In neither requests, there was any item with check box that asked for detailed reference. Although, the letter mentioned what to be included in the LOR such as detailed duties, salary, hours, etc.

No, they have not replied yet. I sent additional documents with LOR yesterday anyway.

Are you an applicant with AEO? In other words, I mean that if your application belongs to FSW category 2?

I got my PPR today. I applied in Apr 2010 to NS, Canada. Sent full application to Buffalo in Sep 2010. On Jan 24th they started the processing (as per the online status), in Feb 1st week received medicals. In Feb 2nd week medicals done, and sent my updated FBI to the VO in March 3rd week, and today I got my PPR.

On Jan 24th they started the processing (as per the online status), in Feb 1st week received medicals. In Feb 2nd week medicals done, and sent my updated FBI to the VO in March 3rd week, and today I got my PPR.

I did my medical exam today. Dr said he will send the results withing 8 days from today.
buffalo asked me to send proof of fund. Is bank statment of curent balance sufficient or they need account history for 6 months back?
Please let me know

Congrats to all of you for getting your passport request and goodluck....

I just have a question because I am also awaiting for PPR and i hope that it will come anytime soon, i wanted to know what is it in the passport requirements as mentioned in your email because my passport will expire in February 2013, ( 9 mos. from now)is there any specific requirement about the validity of the passport upon submission to the visa office?

Another thing, what it says on the important notice to the family members...just wondering....
If you could please paste the link from the email that you have received from buffalo that would be awesome!!!!
