I got my PPR in email like everybody else. We got email within 3 weeks from medicals were submitted. The online status has not changed yet. It is still showing In Process. No status of medicals or PPR is updated.

ranireddy, I think very soon you will receive your medicals.

Hi Guys..

Today April 13th I received my medical requests...I am so so happy... Nothing can be compared to this feeling..

My Status never hanged to "In Progress". It is still in RBVO..and miracle...i recived my medical requests today mailed to me by my attorney...

I wish everyone all the luck..Have faith in God..!! Buffalo Visa Office is on a roll

It is unbelievable. You stutus is still In Process while you have already got your MR. What the hell are they doing?
I have a question about the mail. Is it obvious that it can be known from CIC from the MR envelope?

I left my relative's address as the mailing address. I had thought I just would remind her to notice the mail from CIC after the status become In Process and I even thought it would most likely come by email. However, now it seems to be always not that case.

Mine is inprocess with RBVO inside.

Hi Kathydid,

This is no surprise that the ECAS status is still in RBVO and people in the past have received their Medical Request.

The eCAS status is by no means an exact way to determine your application status..
Sometimes there are some glitches in the system due to which the status update is not seen in eCAS.

My attorney had sent an email to Buffalo VO in Feb and they responded back stating that my file is "In Process", but i never saw the change of status in my eCAS.

I guess its best that you send an inquiry email to the VO asking for your file status.I am very sure your file would be "In Process" but its not reflecting in eCAS, just like mine.

My Medical Request were sent on April 3rd, but my attorney received it on April 13th.
They still need to fed-ex me those documents before I schedule an appointment to the DMP for examiniation.

Trust me..!! Most of the cases in May and June are "In Process" internally, even though you dont see change in status in eCAS.

FSW1 : This is a category for people who do not have an arranged employment yet,still based on their designation/job title they qualify for the PR application based on MI1,2 or 3

FSW2 : This is a category for people who have an arranged employment...meaning they are currently working in Canada on a WorkPermit and have applied for their PR within Canada.

FSW3 : This is a category for students residing in Canada.Ideally, students should have completed 1 year of their academic studies and then applied for PR process within Canada.

In general, FSW2 and 3 are more faster than FSW1..Also their is no quota system for FSW2 and FSW3.
