It seems that Buffalo is transferring the files to other visa offices recently. Previously E-cas shows Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.Now its showing Your application and supporting documents were received by the Detroit office. They are pending review. It's been more than a year with same pending review status. I don't know how long will Detroit take to process the files. It's time now to leave this thread since the file has been moved but I haven't got any email from Buffalo that file has been transferred to Detroit. Anybody know the Detroit timeline threads as of like Buffalo. Have a niece day everyone there.

FBI clearance will take a month. You can expedite shipment by sending it UPS/Fedex and sending return envelop UPS/Fedex. Pay FBI by credit card.

Hi GUys,
Few questions -
1. Got a letter from the canadian office Detroit. They requested the right to permanent residence fee USD 490. I have applied for me and my wife for canadian PR. My question is i have to submit just USD 490 or USD 980 ?
2. Does any one know how long it takes to get FBI clearance in the US ? If yes what is the best way to get it done ?
3. How long does it take to get the PCC from the Indian embassy at Washington DC ?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hello seniors

My status has changed to in process on Oct 2011, then I got medicals on early Feb 2012. Our medicals reached Ottawa by late Feb, but have not heard anything from visa office yet, my status is still in process. Do you know how long does it take to get ppr?
