Same thinking I have. Ottawa will be worst and will reject many application even after medical I suppose

This lengthening process, closure of buffalo, long time pending of application, the returning pre 2008 applicants, dumb response from Ottawa (surrounding factors) explain somethings is not going right in application process. There may be directly/ indirectly affect the final processing even after medicals. So lets wait for worst before expecting good outcome in august.

i did biggest mistake left canada

my visa was expired and i got medical in oct 2011 and i took wrong step to go back india
i thought i 'd get pr with in 2 to 3 months and thats was my biggest mistake i have done
now morethan 9 months i am still waiting here for my turn

Once your returned back to India.,..you should have requested Bufflao to move your application to New Delhi....new Delhi is faster in processing than any other VO. now it is too late. wait fpr some news from Ottawa..

it was too late coz i got medical in oct 2011 and i never had idea that it take more than 9 month to get ppr and still waiting
if tired that time it took 2 month easily to transfer file to delhi so i did not take any risk for time saving
it prove wrong decsion again

Do not worry too much. Even I sometimes forget that I have applied. But I like to open this forum so much that we can get rough idea whats going on. Wish and pray for you and all for getting PPR very soon. Its frustrating to wait 1 year 2 year. Everything is changed within us/ our work/ our aim during that period. Life is not so static. Its bitter experience. Now we are waiting for 3rd year. Lets don't panic and lets hope for better.

don't worry ram, i also moved to india due to visa exp. so don;t be panic you are not alone in this situation. we are so close now and will get good news soon from ottawa

man it will be a couple of weeks I guess
its not like they are sitting in Ottawa watching at a timer waiting to send the emails out to us

Today I see my changed new address appeared on on-line status. I sent a request on-line on june 20th to change and now it got reflected...Hope they are working on....

it is almost impossible to get rejected after medical. When u get medical, it means that u are fully eligible to immigrate to Canada, unless u r a criminal or have health problem. Sending out medical means immigration officer is satisfied with ur application and has selected you. The waiting process is now only because they put FSW in their very low priority (unfortanatly). They recently process CEC and PNP incredibly fast. It means majority of their man-force is working on the other categories.



DOnt worry at all. It is a matter of time. You wont get rejected after medical.
