1. The address on my profile is my old address. All my documents have my new address PLUS I have tried to update my address, but it still shows the old address. Do you think they will send my application to the new address??
2. I changed jobs since I initially applied. I wonder if they will ask for details on my new job??

1. You have to fax/email or mail them the notice about the change of your address. Offices outside Canada don't follow the address changes on your profile.

2. Yes, visa offices may require the updated information when they ask you to mail them an updated Schedule A, where you have to provide the Name of company, employer, school, facility in section 8 "Personal History".

Another thing, just to complicate everything.
If I was to take another job and change my status to be boyfriends common law (he was approved for PNP the same time I got my LMO, so we ended up going on my visa, as the FSW was already in for almost 2 years), would that screw up my whole FSW application? Does anyone have any idea?
If it will and we have to go through PNP, i'll just stick to me current job!! I am not waiting another 2 years for this..

Hi,

I am also from Alberta. Cochrane near Calgary.

Have received a letter today, dated 02/02/2012

Seattle needs the following items:

2 passport size photos (they changed requirements! - how often do they need new pictures)
Updated IMM 5406 for me an my wife (they have changed the form and now they need a new one - unbelievable!)
Updated evidence of settlement funds
New letter from current employer (which they already had!) - Unfortunately I have lost my job, but do have new LMO
a copy of my work permit (which is still valid until March 2013!)

I'm sick and tired but will fullfill all requirements - again

Hopefully somebody here gives me good answers what this all is about.
