Can you tell us your time of transfer (from Buffalo to Seattle) and how did you receive MR,by mail or email?

I got it by regular mail. They also asked for police clearance from country where I use to live before. This is kind of strange because I provide it before and since that I live in Canada.
My documents were transferred on Oct 14th and processing was started on Jan 28th
