Yes, your next step is MR, but dun know how long to wait. My file was started processing on 13Jan, still no MR.

I am living in Vancouver, hope your thinking is true, but i am living really close to Seattle. Haha. I am not sure how long it will take for the regular mail too. But I saw some ppl got MR via Email. Don't know what methods will they use? so frustrated.

Your local police station should have facility for Electronic Finger Printing. Check with them. FBI report usually takes around 6 weeks. Where would be your location for FBI report? I believe you can request the FBI to expedite your report. You need to state why you need it that early.
