CIC mentions "RCMP Clearance" and "Federal Police Clearance". Did you notify them of change of address when you left Canada, if yes, I am almost certain of my assumption.

Cheers..

Thanks vermas. Yes, I've been out of Canada for more than a year now and been staying in a couple of countries. So, CIC specifically mentions 'RCMP clearance' when they require one from Canada?

Thanks again. +1 for you buddy.

Big thanks vermas, more power... :)

Hi Vermas,

We decided to postpone the medical till after delivery. In our medical, they mentioned that we are required to pay RPRF w/c we are planning to do now. I just want to know the site where we can pay online. Thank you.

Good luck to your files...

Hi

I think you should first talk to your OB GYN before making a decision of postponing the Medical exam. Iwas 36 weeks pregnant when i did my medicals for canada. and it was absolutely fine with my doc and radiologist.
for RPRF FEE YOU NEED TO SEND Cashier checks or money order to respective visa office, you cant pay it online.

thanks

Hi Sushma123,

Hi apo

no my Ecase still shows " In process", no update so far.

thanks sushma

You can do it in India from any listed DMP. DMP will send medical reports to NDVO for uploading in CAIPS/GCMS which will be visible to your VO, else you can pay courier charges to DMP to send these to Ottawa.

Why is Buffalo transferring the documents? I got my approval in December from AEO and now my lawyer is saying that he will send my documents to Buffalo even thou he knows that office is transferring the documents to other ones...

I don't know why insists in Buffalo instead send them straight to other one... is that possible?

What you are saying make complete sense however I THINK the central VO for North America is Buffalo and then BVO either finishs the application or transfers it to another VO??

Those whose files were transferred to LA from Buffalo around November 2011, any news? Please share if you got MR, etc.
