My DMP said it would be around 2-3 weeks from the time of medical appointment till the paperwork is sent out to Ottawa. Is this normal? Apparently the radiologist report takes a long time. All those who had MR complete, do you mind posting you time for completion of paperwork/documents, etc.

Also,checked my eCase today and it says that New York Office reviewed and Started Processing my file on Nov 30,2011.

How do i pay the RPRF fees to the NY City Office.I understand it has to be either
1.Money Order ,or
2.Certified Cheque

Can i get the Money Order in Canadian Dollars from any US bank .Any experience with this ?

just paid my rprf in american dollars 490$. got a letter from detroit office to pay it either in canadian or american dollars. this is my experience with detroit office. i dont know if the same is true with other visa offices.

Am asking too naive a question.
The Rate of US to Canadian Dollars keep on changing everyday.
So if i create a Money order or a certified cheque in US Dollars,how much do i get it for ?
If not US Dollars,
Is it possible to have Money Order in Canadian Dollars from Walmart?

Adult applicants only for 1 applicant USD$490 by Money order or Cashier's checks (send money order from USPS, walmart etc some grocery stores also issue money orders in USA is the best & Fast solution for you).
