Hi everybody;

I have seen some are asking about case analyst number and if they are fast or deep sleep or....
I think case analyst is nothing but a person between applicant and officer; they are there to communicate with us and ask documents. That's why we sometimes see some applicants are requested for documents by different case analyst numbers. Technically, officer should be one specific person working on an specific application.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

CIC is just collecting money on behalf of government from applicants; if you are not PR, you have to pay for permits several times (for me about 2000$ in 4 years), insurance, re-entry visa, international tuition fees... longer processing time means more money for government and Canada, basically more coming from outside Canada.
Ask youself, why processing time "within Canada" is much longer than Visa Offices outside Canada? Because they process us with to much delay to have more income from what i mentioned. And they do also process faster applicants outside Canada because they want them to enter Canada sooner and bring money with themselves.

Come on! How complicated might be processing of an application for PR. Just look at Australia, Newsland, or even USA. What are they really doing? Why do we have to submit updated forms while we already did once?!?

Isn't it a kind of fraud and cheating?! Processing of our application is just getting ridiculous.

Great analysis Fortunate. Rather unfortunate we are being treated this way. In my country, getting even a bank statement requires payment. Costs incurred when documents are requested are additional. Have submitted these from different banks three times, paid for police certificate three times besides the study and work permits for a family of 4. Indeed this is getting ridiculous. It can't get worse than it already is though. There is certainly light at the end of the tunnel for us all so lets continue to look to the future with hope. :)

It is unbelievable that In Canada applicants will go through the kind of stress and tension that we are currently experiencing. They know where we are living, working and schooling, yet it takes them forever to do background check. I am sure one day, each and every one of us on this forum will breathe the sigh of relief that comes when we get the PPR.

thats is true JJ-C , yor are absolutely correct

What country is Newsland? Is that the land of news?......No, it's not fraud or cheating, it is called a privilege to immigrate to Canada and not a right. They can choose their own rules and applicants must follow them or not. If not, they can choose to live anywhere else, got it?

Do you have any idea how fast is our officer? Have you heard anything from anyone with same person?
NO i dont have any idea about this officer. I am just waiting for my Copr since I submitted every document he/she asked.

OK Mr. "privilege". It seems you are dedicated to CIC or maybe they have an spy in this forum. Take it easy anyway ;D

Everybody knows it is a "privilege", and also we are not going to have this "privilege" for free!! Moreover, don't underestimate yourself for having this "privilege" if you believe you are a skilled worker. Many countries accept skill workers. If you are not an skilled worker and looking for a place to fit you in, so this is really a "privilege" for you. Newsland or New Zealand or NiuZiland, does not really matter, you have searched a lot for such countries accepting people looking for such a "privilege", so you know how they are spelled. Wherever it is, I bet is not as cold as here.

You did not get my point that others easily got it as you are obsessed to this "privilege". But keep in mind, I never communicate with anybody in this way especially in this forum where we help each other in passing different stages of this ridiculous processing procedure, and here is not a place to insult each other. I just wanted to talk to you once in your own language. I hope you stop being rude to others. You may have no idea what situations and hardships others have been in.
When somebody tells something, you may easily disagree but please be polite.
I hope everybody gets whatever he wants.

Just because the master sets the rule doesn't mean that the slave doesn't have any right(s). There is a reason why a country needs expatriates and the rules to achieve those goals must be fair and must not border a form of psychological and emotional torture.

Hey Everyone,

Quick update. Our CIC case status is showing decision made as of 01.12.14. They got our passports on December 16th of 2013. Hopefully we will receive them back soon...

I will keep everyone posted on that too!

Hi everyone,
Finally, exactly after 8weeks was able to receive FBI results on weekend and submitted to CIC today. Now again count down starts for good things to happen...fingers crossed.

Hi string,
Happy for you to hear that. My application was recieved by FBI
Dec. 5. That's mean I've still a few more weeks. Btw. Your e-Case says
Medicals recieved or not?
Good luck!

This morning my Ecas status changed to decision made. they added two lines

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January XX, 2014.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Is this a good sign or bad because I did not get PPR till now.
